Rilibertos is more than just a restaurant, it is an experience. If you have never eaten at a Mexican grandmothers house, this is the place for you. It is a mom and pop shop to the max, where you scoop your own salsas and grab little cups of cucumbers, radishes and jalapeño carrots. When you first walk in you will be immediately confused by the mirrors on the wall that will make you think the restaurant is much larger than it is. T
he second thing you will notice will be the aroma of delicious food, a great sign of the quality of food to come. Once you actually get to ordering, you will likely be confused by how large the menu is and all of the different pictures on the wall. I personally stick to the various burritos options since it is the most food for the price, with the carne asada being the best.
They only have one location, and its right off campus by Walmart and Bashas: just a Mountain Line ride away. The illustrious establishment is open from 8AM to 11PM and is awaiting your business. Until next week, this is Aaron Gannon, stay classy Flagstaff.
