It’s approaching the time of year where everyone is sick. Getting better can be hard but some foods and drinks can help ease the process. Food and drinks alone cannot make you better, plenty of rest and sleep is also needed. It is best to avoid dairy; dairy makes being congested much worse. Things like fruit and vegetables are good as they always are in a balanced diet.

Eating healthy on campus is an every day chore. There are so many options it can be overwhelming. Eating healthy is possible but there are often so many temptations.

The Hotspot is one of the best options, even though many of us don’t find the Hotspot to be appetizing.
