The Office of the Vice President for Research has published a new NAU policy, Participation in Foreign Talent Recruitment Programs (FTRP). Beginning May 20, 2024, in accordance with Section 10623 of the CHIPS and Science Act, each individual identified as a senior/key person on an NSF grant will be required to certify prior to proposal submission and annually thereafter for the duration of the award that they are not a party to a malign foreign talent recruitment program.
