NAUgo Steering Committee
Purpose
The purpose of the NAUgo Steering Committee is to provide ongoing strategic direction, align resources and goals, and facilitate decision-making for all app initiatives.
By bringing together key stakeholders from across the university, the committee can ensure that strategic plans are developed and executed effectively, resources are allocated appropriately, and decisions are made with input from all relevant parties.

- Registrar’s Office

- Enrollment Management
- Disability Resources
- In the event that the department representative cannot attend the meeting, a proxy can be sent in their place.
- Each member is accountable for passing information back to their teams, as appropriate.
- Members are encouraged to offer feedback and ask questions.
Meeting Guidelines Accordion Closed
- Frequency: Meetings are conducted on a monthly basis. The duration of the meeting will be 1 hour. Additional meetings may be required to conduct a vote on an urgent matter or request.
- The NAUgo Product Coordinator is responsible for
- Scheduling meetings
- Drafting the agenda
- Facilitating meeting
- Recording meeting minutes
- Each meeting will be recorded to inform members that are unable to attend.
- The meeting minutes are available to all members.
Decision Making Process Accordion Closed
- A summary of voting items will be sent in the meeting agenda 3 days before the meeting.
- A member from each group has one vote.

- The NAUgo Team Lead (Patty Allenbaugh) and Product Coordinator (Eric Bradford) will not have a vote.
- In the event of a tied vote, the NAUgo Team Lead (Patty) will be asked to break the tie.
- Decisions will be documented in the meeting minutes.
