03/25 Indigenous Roots in Conservation with Elder Ron Lee, CNAIF Pattea A & B Rooms, 5:30-7:30pm, the Center for Native American and Indigenous Futures (CNAIF) Elders Program invites you for an evening of learning and reflection with Elder Ron Lee. During this gathering, Elder Lee shares teachings that center Indigenous ecological knowledge, emphasizing the sacred relationship between land, stewardship, and community responsibility. By passing down teachings about reciprocity, balance, and relational accountability to the natural world, Elder Lee strengthens participants’ understanding of Indigenous-led conservation and reinforces the importance of protecting land for future generations. 03/26 Elder Viki’s Pillowcase Workshop, CNAIF Gathering Room, 3:00-5:00pm, learn to make your own pillowcase. Supplies and refreshments provided.

03/26 Cardboard Crafting Workshop, Calderón Hall Classroom, 5:30-7:30pm, join us for a fun night of crafting and creating with cardboard. Make something magical to decorate your room. Enjoy the night with some good vibes and great company! Open to all Calderón hall residents and NAU students.

03/27 Chief of War Episodes: What was right and what was wrong-featuring Elders Kehau and Ka’imiloa, CNAIF Gathering Room, 5-7:30pm, join us for dinner and a discussion on the historical accuracy of Chief of War! Sponsored by the Center for Native American and Indigenous Future Elders Program.

03/30 Spring into Art Tote Bag Painting Event, CNAIF Gathering Room, 4-6:30pm, join us for a relaxing and creative afternoon of tote bag painting. Come unwind, paint, and connect with community. Limited supplies and free food provided, so come early!
