Frequently asked questions
NAU is offering a 10% reduction in tuition to eligible students.
You are eligible for the TRPP if you are enrolled in one of Educational Partnerships Cohorts or employed by one of NAU’s partners and enrolled in an online or statewide undergraduate program or any NAU graduate program.
Please note that the Tuition Reduction Partnership Program cannot be combined with other discounts provided by NAU. Additionally, some programs are not included in this tuition reduction program, including the Center for International Education, Exchange Programs, Study Abroad, eTRP for State University employees/spouses/dependents, and DOD Tuition Rate, among others. For employees of partner organizations to participate they must submit a TRPP application, remain currently employed, and meet and maintain the admission and academic requirements for an approved program. Students enrolled in any Educational Partnership Cohorts automatically receive the discount.
- This form must be completed using a computer with the Edge, Firefox, or Chrome internet browser. The form will not work using a phone or the Safari browser. If the form is not in color, then clear your internet browser’s cache and cookies.

You can verify your status by logging into your LOUIE account and checking “student financials.”
We are unable to apply the reduction retroactively to semesters that have already ended.
The tuition reduction program is only available for you, the employee. However, we are glad to assist your family members with exploring our programs and other financing and scholarship opportunities. Contact a Student Recruitment Coordinator for further assistance.
If you leave your organization while enrolled at NAU, your tuition reduction will remain in place for the current semester in which you are enrolled.
