Eligible programs
Northern Arizona University partners with employers to support workforce development through flexible and accessible degree pathways.
Our practitioner-led programs are designed with working professionals in mind. Whether someone is just getting started or returning to finish their degree, we offer practical options that align with career goals and real-life schedules. NAU offers seamless transfer plans as well as certificates that can be stacked into degree programs, creating a clear and manageable path towards graduation.
Employees of partner organizations are eligible for a 10% tuition reduction on all statewide and online undergraduate programs, as well as all graduate programs. This is part of NAU’s broader commitment to making education more accessible, flexible, and affordable for working professionals. Our goal is to support employees as they build relevant skills, grow within their organizations, and continue progressing toward a degree.
Undergraduate programs
NAU’s undergraduate programs are designed to be accessible and aligned with workforce needs. Flexible formats allow students to balance school with work and other commitments, while still making steady progress toward a degree.
Our approach is built around working professionals, with a focus on real-world relevance and clear pathways forward. Students benefit from structured degree plans and the ability to apply what they learn directly in their roles.
For those who earned some college credit, NAU offers streamlined transfer plans that recognize previous coursework and Prior Learning Assessment (PLA), helping students graduate faster while continuing to grow professionally.
Graduate programs
Our graduate programs are built for professionals who are ready to take the next step — whether that’s moving into leadership, advancing in their current role, or shifting into a new area. Flexible formats, including accelerated hybrid and online options, make it possible to continue working while completing a graduate degree.
Coursework is practical and applicable, with a strong focus on real-world outcomes. Students are able to bring what they learn directly back to their organizations, creating immediate value both for themselves and their employers.
