K–12 school districts

NAU partners with school districts, charter schools, and other educational organizations to support educators and school staff through flexible undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degree options. We also collaborate on Grow Your Own initiatives, creating clear pathways for current staff — including paraprofessionals, instructional aides, and community members — to enter and advance as educators in Arizona.
