The Business Intelligence and Analytics team provides tools to foster innovation, optimize systematic workflows, ensure regulatory updates, deliver key data on user-friendly dashboards, and generate website updates and other digital content.

- Requirement curation
- Strategic Project Review and Resource Committee (SPRRC) presentation, if more than 10 hours
- Oversight of project
- Utilize Power BI to analyze stakeholder identified data for insights and better business decisions
- Data points are delivered in close to real time, depending on data sources
- Review current IT processes to identify deficiencies and propose enhancements
- Create requirements for enhancement/modification requests with current IT flows/systems and work with IT to deliver update
- Create step-by-step guide for IT related flows and systems
- Assist with high-level IT issues, including but not limited to issues with workflows and IT applications
