How to zoom in and out

There is functionality in each browser to be able to zoom in and out.  If websites are set up properly, they will scale their content to allow all information and elements to be available when zoomed in or out.  The links below will take you to directions on zooming for each browser in each of the environments.  In some instances, they also include instructions on how to adjust text size.

Android

There are settings in the accessibility features to allow you different ways to magnify your Android screen.

Chrome

Chrome includes directions in their help center to Change text, image, and video sizes (zoom).  They provide information for Android, computer (Windows, Linux, Mac, and ChromeOS), and iPhone & iPad.

Edge

How to zoom in / Zoom out in Edge web browser in Windows 10.

Firefox

General directions

iOS

Zoom in on the iPhone screen.

iPadOS

Zoom in on the iPad screen.

Mac

For all browsers

  1. Press command and + to zoom in
  2. Press command and – to zoom out

 

Safari

Zoom in on webpages in Safari on Mac.

Windows

For all browsers

  1. Press CTRL and + to zoom in
  2. Press CTRL and – to zoom out
