UCAN single session: FREE!
(Follow-up sessions are $5)
For some, the behavior change process is easy. You may just need a little guidance to get the process going. We offer single sessions for students who fall in this category. Or perhaps, you’re thinking of signing up for the full program, but you want to see what it’s like to meet with a health coach first. Sign up for a single session to get the ball rolling.
UCAN 3-session program: $10
Some prefer to meet with a health coach a few times throughout the semester for extra support and accountability a few behavior changes. We offer a series of 3 health coaching sessions with one session a week for 3 weeks, or these sessions can be spaced out over the semester.*
UCAN 6-session program: $20 (sold out for Fall 2022)
If you’re hoping to make several different changes to improve your health and well-being, we recommend the 6-session series. These sessions are scheduled weekly for 6 weeks.* (Note: We do not have any more 6-session openings for the fall 2022 semester.)
*If you sign up for a 3-session or 6-session series, you must be completed prior to the end of the semester, or forfeit those sessions.
