For some, the behavior change process is easy. You may just need a little guidance to get the process going. We offer single sessions for students who fall in this category. Or perhaps, you’re thinking of signing up for the full program, but you want to see what it’s like to meet with a health coach first. Sign up for a single session to get the ball rolling.
UCAN 6-session program: $20
Some prefer to meet with a health coach several times throughout the semester to discuss many different behavior changes and receive support and accountability. We offer a series of 6 health coaching sessions with one session a week for 6 weeks.*
*All six sessions must be completed prior to the end of the semester.
