UCAN single session: FREE! – OPEN
(Follow-up sessions are $5)
For some, the behavior change process is easy. You may just need a little guidance to get the process going. We offer single sessions for students, faculty and staff who fall in this category. Or perhaps, you’re thinking of signing up for the full program, but you want to see what it’s like to meet with a health coach first. Sign up for a single session to get the ball rolling.
UCAN 3-session program: $10 – FULL
Some prefer to meet with a health coach a few times throughout the semester for extra support and accountability for a few behavior changes. We offer a series of 3 health coaching sessions with one session a week for 3 weeks, or these sessions can be spaced out over the semester.*
UCAN 6-session program: $20 – FULL
If you’re hoping to make several different changes to improve your health and well-being, we recommend the 6-session series. These sessions are scheduled weekly for 6 weeks.*
*If you sign up for a 3-session or 6-session series, you must be complete sessions prior to the end of the semester, or forfeit those sessions.

If you’re unable to find an appointment time that works with your schedule, email Chase Conover, our UCAN Manager and he can add you to our waitlist. You will be contacted when there’s a cancelation.
