My name is Austin Laster, and I am a proud alumnus of Northern Arizona University, Class of 2020. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Psychology.
Following my graduation in May 2020, I began my professional journey with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Flagstaff—the organization where I completed my internship. I initially joined the team as a Customer Relations Specialist and have since advanced to the role of Program Director.
In my current role, I am responsible for supervising and supporting our staff, facilitating group sessions with youth involved in the juvenile justice system, and fostering strong relationships with community partners. Through this work, I remain committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of the youth and families we serve.
