Tamar Stern

Research Fellow

Tamar Stern graduated from NAU in Fall 2025. She majored in Political Science with a minor in French. Tamar is a member of several student organizations, including NAU Votes Coalition, Green Jacks, and Students for Justice in Palestine, where she enjoys collaborating with her peers and making an impact on her NAU community. She has been a fellow with the Arizona Students’ Association for two semesters where she has dedicated time to engaging students in local, state, and federal politics and fighting for students’ interests. As a research assistant for the RDY Lab, her work focuses on analyzing quantitative and qualitative data regarding relationships between the concepts of gun violence and sexual repression. Tamar was accepted into the Arizona Legislative Internship program, where she will spend Spring 2026.
