The RDY Lab was created to give motivated students the opportunity to get hands on experience doing quantitative and qualitative data analysis. From Classroom to Career: Eileen Magaña’s journey to law school

While attending Northern Arizona University, Eileen held the position of a research assistant where she focused her research on abuse of migrants in private detention facilities and public perceptions of asylum seekers. In her research, Eileen employed qualitative and quantitative data analysis to further our understanding of the American immigration system.
