“Working at PMI, I was able to pursue infectious diseases research and find funding for my own rabies project. As part of the mentoring program, I’m looking forward to helping others reach their science goals.”

Breezy | Undergraduate Research Assistant

“As a computer science and mathematics double major, I’m using my programming skills to create tools that help PMI researchers manage their gene sequencing work. I’m thankful I can look back at the work I completed at PMI and say I contributed to something meaningful.”

Allen | Undergraduate Research Assistant

“I think the best part of all of this is probably knowing that my work is something that will make a difference. It’s not just me doing one small project and it’s the end of it, it’s something that will build on the knowledge we currently have in any scientific discipline.”

Kaitlyn | Undergraduate Research Assistant
