Tuition reduction partnership program
The Tuition Reduction Partnership Program (TRPP) makes it more affordable for employees of partner organizations—and participants in select Educational Partnerships cohorts—to earn a degree from Northern Arizona University.
Through this program, eligible students receive a 10% reduction in tuition on many NAU programs, including statewide and online undergraduate degrees and all graduate programs. Designed with working professionals in mind, TRPP supports you from application through graduation with flexible options and a streamlined process to access your benefit.
To take advantage of the program, employees of partner organizations must submit a TRPP application, remain actively employed, and meet and maintain admission and academic requirements for an approved program. Students enrolled in Educational Partnerships cohorts automatically receive the tuition reduction.
Eligibility
While TRPP applies to many programs, some are not eligible—including the Center for International Education, exchange programs, study abroad, eTRP for State University employees and their families, and Department of Defense tuition rates, among others. If you’re unsure whether your program qualifies, we’re happy to help—just reach out to confirm your eligibility.

The tuition reduction program is only available for you, the employee. However, we are glad to assist your family members with exploring our programs and other financing and scholarship opportunities. Contact a Student Recruitment Coordinator for further assistance.
If you leave your organization while enrolled at NAU, your tuition reduction will remain in place for the current semester in which you are enrolled. However, you will no longer be eligible for the program in future semesters. Is your new employer a current tuition reduction partner? Explore our partners.
