SAIS reporting services

Are you frustrated with the ADE Student Detail Data Interchange (SDDI) system? Does your school have trouble retaining staff who are trained in the Student Accountability Information System (SAIS) reporting and reconciliation? Do you shudder at the thought of handling an A.R.S. 15-915 request for State Aid adjustments? In Arizona, most state funding is distributed based on data that resides in the SAIS system, so its accuracy is of the utmost importance. Unfortunately, SAIS report coordination and reconciliation are time-consuming and specialized processes. You must keep the appropriate paperwork for auditors and follow state rules.

ETC SAIS reporting services

ETC focuses on ensuring your SMS data is uploaded to SAIS within the 20-day requirement and downloaded and processed back into your SMS. We work with your staff to resolve the data errors, reconcile the data between SAIS and your SMS, and provide system reports to your business office for budget planning.

We supply all logs and documents in a PDF format for your auditors and stand ready to provide assistance should there be questions posed during an audit related to uploads, downloads, and SAIS data in general. We offer a variety of support levels from occasional hourly coordination to annual support contracts that can be customized to meet any need. We will even do the SAIS submissions for your school including uploading files, correcting errors, and reconciling data between SAIS and SIS.
