Synergy student education system
The Education Technology Consortium is in partnership with Edupoint Education Systems, LLC to fully support, administer, train, and host the Synergy Student Information System.
This wholly web-based system may be scaled down to the smallest start-up charter school and up to very large school districts. In addition to all of the student functions, this powerful system offers teacher online attendance and a fully functional, fully integrated gradebook; parent and student online access including email and text alerts as well as digital lockers and assignment tracking; complete AZ state reporting; assessment tracking; all standard grading functions as well as optional standards based grades and customized report cards; full mass scheduling functions including online course requests; system reports and unlimited queries. Optional add-on modules include Master Schedule Builder, LessonVue Curriculum Management and Mapping, Online Assessments, and Online Student Registration.
ETC support includes all system administration and system updates, setup, security, and annual processing. In other words, we fully manage the system so you don’t have to devote resources to backend system functions. In addition, full support includes unlimited phone and email support and onsite training as needed. We host Synergy in the secure IT facilities at Northern Arizona University with redundant hardware and power supplies, redundant internet access, secured firewalls, and offsite backups. We facilitate data integrations between Synergy and other systems as part of our services, including LDAP integrations of student and user accounts.
