In this session, we built a RAG, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio. The session introduced how RAG agents use trusted documents, websites, and knowledge sources to provide more grounded answers, then walked through creating, configuring, testing, and refining an agent.
