Financial Aid Trust Grant


NAU students might be eligible for additional funding

The Financial Aid Trust Grant is available to eligible Northern Arizona University undergraduate students pursuing their first bachelor’s degree. This grant funding is limited.

Financial Aid Trust Grant criteria

The following criteria must be met for consideration but are not a guarantee of funds:

  • Be an Arizona resident.
  • Complete the FAFSA by NAU’s preferred FAFSA filing date:
    • Students attending fall: April 15
    • Students not attending until spring: October 15
  • Be sure to include NAU’s school code 001082.
  • Demonstrate financial need (as calculated from your FAFSA information).
  • Be working to complete your first bachelor’s degree.
  • Enroll in at least six credit hours.
  • Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Please note that, due to limited funding, meeting the eligibility requirements and processing timelines does not guarantee a student will receive the Financial Aid Trust Grant.
