- Karen Sealander, emeritus professor in the College of Education, was recognized by the Community, Leadership, Alliances, and Belonging (CoLAB) Center as Advisor of the Month. Sealander was nominated for her outreach to donors, problem-solving and unwavering support.
- Soccer goalkeeper Emery Copeland was named the Big Sky Defensive Player of the Week after three saves that contributed to the 1-0 victory against Grambling State.
- Professors Jani Ingram, Victor Ramos Sanchez and Cindy Browder from the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry received the certificate of leadership from Beyond Benign for their efforts in addressing the growing demand for students trained with green chemistry skills.
