INE Application Process
Welcome! We would be honored to have you join us. Participating in an INE professional development program is a great way to build capacity for culturally responsive schooling to better serve your students.
Each program is time and labor intensive. Before applying, please review the specific eligibility criteria and participant expectations of the program you are interested in. This information can be found on each program’s homepage. Due to the workload, first-year teachers are not typically a good fit for INE programs. Generally, participants are expected to:
- Attend all virtual and in-person meetings (2025 Program Schedules can be found within each program’s home page)
- Submit all writing assignments on time, including the final complete curriculum unit that meets program specifications
- Maintain regular communication via email and/or phone with the program staff
