These top sites will help you find the most current internship and job openings. The websites search tools are simple and easy to use: you can search by job title, location and even salary.

Internships

At the Career Development Office, we firmly believe in the benefits of gaining real experience from completing an internship. The resources listed below can help you find an internship in the fields that interest you. Networking, forming a well-targeted resume and cover letter, and having a solid foundation of interview skills are key to landing an internship.

Indeed.com is an excellent resource for finding internship positions fast. Browse using your skills and interest to narrow down the results and be sure to include “internship” as a keyword to help you find the perfect fit.

Handshake is an online employment database exclusively available to NAU students and alumni. Create a profile and begin perusing jobs and internships offered by employers who want to hire NAU students.

Vault has resources to search current job openings; research a company, school or industry; and, find career advice.

Designed specifically for sports, TeamworkOnline.com contains positions from all professional sports teams.

LinkedIn connects the world’s professionals to make them more productive and successful and is the world’s largest professional network on the Internet. Search jobs, view jobs you might be interested in, and follow companies of interest.

Internships.com is the world’s largest internship marketplace bringing students, employers and higher education institutions together in one centralized location. This site specializes in helping students and young professionals find the right internship to kick start their career.

Idealist is a job and internship website for students looking for opportunities in not-for-profit companies.

The Accounting.com job board aggregates the best open positions online, including entry-level to senior employment, jobs in the public and private sector and a range of general business and finance opportunities.

Glassdoor is a career community that helps people find jobs and companies recruit top talent. Glassdoor members can find Inside Connections at a company through their Facebook network, see the latest job listings, as well as get access to proprietary user-generated content including company-specific salary reports, ratings and reviews, CEO approval ratings, interview questions and reviews, office photos, and more.

CareerBuilder is among the leading job boards, providing job listings, resume posting, and career advice and resources to job seekers. CareerBuilder has partnered with many newspapers to provide local as well as national job listings.

Dice is the leading site for tech job seekers. You can search by company, job title, keyword and location. There’s also career advice and tech news for job seekers.
