A person’s perceptions and attitudes when engaging with a particular product, system, or brand come together to form their user experience. This experience may be affected by factors ranging from their success at achieving basic goals to the emotions they feel while doing their work.
The UX Design Team at NAU studies the experiences of students, faculty, and staff in order to collect research data. These insights help us identify opportunities to catalyze positive change for the people who come together to make up NAU’s vibrant community.
