You’ll have access to flexible undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs, a 10% tuition reduction, and designated support to help you balance work, school, and personal commitments while advancing your career.
The TRPP offers a 10% tuition reduction for eligible students employed by partner organizations or enrolled in partnership cohorts.
You can choose from a wide range of undergraduate, graduate, doctoral degrees. The 10% tuition reduction applies to all online and statewide undergraduate programs, as well as all graduate programs.
You may qualify if you are employed by a partner organization or participating in a partnership cohort. You will need to complete a one-time application through NAU to activate the benefit.
Yes. Your employer’s tuition benefit is separate from NAU’s TRPP. You will need to work directly with your HR department to understand your benefit and determine your eligibility.
No. You can take as little as one class at a time and still benefit from the TRPP.
A partnership cohort is a group of students, often from the same organization or region, who move through a program together. Cohorts offer a more structured and collaborative experience, but you can also enroll as an individual student and still receive the tuition reduction.
Most programs are offered fully online or in hybrid formats, with some in-person options. Many partnership cohort programs are accelerated and offer a faster completion timeline.
Timelines vary by program. Certificates can often be completed in 6–12 months, while degree programs may take longer. Accelerated options are available if you’re looking to move through more quickly.
You’ll have access to admissions support, academic advising, and university resources throughout your program. To get started, you can explore programs, connect with our partnerships team, or begin your application.
