PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE
Registration: 8:30 – 9:00 AM
Presentations: 9:00 AM — 12:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00-1:00 PM
Presentations: 1:00-5:00 PM
Beer/Wine Reception: 5:00-6:00 PM
PRESENTATIONS & POSTERS
Presentations will be up to 10 minutes long, followed by five minutes of Q&A
Posters are welcome—just let us know!
Digital projector, computer, and screen provided for PowerPoint presentations. Bring your presentation on a jump drive!
COST
Meeting registration — $20.00
Lunch — $12.00
Meeting registration includes beverages (coffee, tea, soda, H2O) and snacks for morning and afternoon breaks, as well as a beer/wine reception following the presentations. Lunch will be in Crow Canyon’s dining hall. You may purchase a hot meal prepared and served by Crow Canyon’s kitchen staff or bring your own meal. Fees will be collected at registration (cash or checks only, please) on the day of the meeting.

Presentation submissions are due by Friday, March 15th. To secure a spot for your presentation (poster or talk), please send the presentation title, subject matter, and list of authors to Kate Hughes (khughes@crowcanyon.org).
