Your department will be required to initiate a disposal request through WebData 2.0 for all pickups and drop-offs of NAU property.
This new software will streamline how transactions are conducted for both you the user and Property Surplus.
To get started, provide Property Surplus with the below information:
- An administrator from your department
- First and Last name
- Job Title
- Phone Number
- Department Name
- Inventory Speedchart Number
Submit this information to NAU-PropertySurplus@nau.edu to have your WebData 2.0 profile created.
This procedure will replace the Property Control Authorization Form (PCA) for all transfers of items to Property Surplus.
