Small and Diverse Business Program

Overview

Northern Arizona University is committed to diversity in contracting. The Small and Diverse Business Program is designed to provide contracting opportunities for minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses, HUB Zone businesses, veteran-owned businesses and small businesses.

In an effort to expand Northern Arizona University’s Small and Diverse Business Program, the Purchasing Unit provides Northern Arizona University’ departments with resources to locate small and diverse businesses for all procurements between $5,000 and $100,000, unless it is impractical.
