The three Arizona state universities have awarded furniture contracts through a formal Request for Proposal. The contracts provide high quality furniture products offering longevity, value, and professional appearance. Products offered on contract are commercial quality that include ergonomic and accessibility options.
Office furnishings and services should be selected from one of the six contracted vendors listed below; sales representatives may be contacted directly by the requesting department on “like for like” replacements. Representatives will provide additional information about specific products and pricing.
All furniture purchase and replacements must be compliant with building codes and ADA accessibility. For remodels, renovations or more than one furniture piece purchase for classrooms or office space, the requesting department will need to contact the NAU Facility Services, Planning Design and Construction department.
