The Involvement to Impact Leadership Academy (I-to-I) strives to cultivate leaders who act with integrity, communicate with purpose, and empower others to contribute to shared goals. Through mentorship, collaboration, and experiential learning, we prepare students to navigate complexity, inspire change, and create inclusive environments where all voices are valued. Receive guidance and support from a trained peer leader through six one-on-one meetings throughout the year.
