ASNAU Appropriations
The ASNAU Appropriations application will open on September 3, 2025
This is a service funded by the 23 fee that is available to all Flagstaff Mountain Campus undergraduate students, and registered undergraduate student clubs and organizations. Please review the Reimbursement Guidelines and contact ASNAU_VPSA@nau.edu if you have any questions about reimbursements.

- NAU Testing Center graduate exams

What we reimburse
- Travel
- Conference attendance
- Club event materials
- and more!
Amount per academic year
Individuals = eligible for up to $1000 per year
Clubs/Orgs = eligible for up to $2000 per year
- note this is separate from the room reservation fund
- Appropriations funding will only be available until the allocated amount of funds have been used for the academic year

ASNAU Appropriations Guidelines
Appropriations application will open on September 3, 2025
To apply for funding/reimbursement, please fill out the ASNAU Appropriations Application
The Appropriations application will be closed during Winter break (November 12, 2025 – January 12, 2026) and Spring break (March 19, 2026 – March 29, 2026) due to limited staff support during these times.
The Appropriations application will close for the 25-26 academic year once the allocated funds have run out, or on April 15, 2026, whichever is sooner.
Additional Information:
- Physical receipts (if you did not upload into form) are due to the ASNAU office no later than 7 days after completing the ASNAU Appropriations Application
- We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or any other money exchange app receipts.
- Club/individuals will only be reimbursed up to the total amount of all their receipts.
- It is the club/individual’s responsibility to attend the Appropriations Committee on their appointed date.
- The club/individual must submit their event to True Blue Connects.
- If approved, it will take NAU Finance 2-3 months to process a check.
- The check must be picked up from ASNAU Operations Assistant Manager in the ASNAU office.
