You are invited to join us for our 19th annual NAU Welcome Week Community Fair
Join the fun! Don’t miss this opportunity for your business to reach out to our new and returning students. The fair will be held August 27th on the University Union Pedway.
Applications due by August 21st
On this page you will find the Vendor Registration Form and a link to our vending policies. Release forms will be emailed to you, if applicable. Registration is $200 per vendor space, unless you are an NAU department; payment is due by set-up time the day of the event and the payment link will be sent once your application is approved.
Important information about the event
- Set-up prior to 8am – Event from 9am to 3pm
- Vending spaces will be located on the University Union Pedway
- Vendor space size is 10 x 10 with one table and two chairs provided; note in the Vendor Registration Form if you would like more than one vendor space. Staking of tents or other objects is not permitted due to utility and irrigation lines.
- Electricity is not available.
- Vendors are not permitted to give-away or sell food, beverages or vitamins/supplements.
- Vending locations will be distributed on a “first come, first serve” basis.
- One parking permit will be provided with each registration. Additional permits can be requested at $6/per vehicle.
- A Vendor Release form must be returned for each person who will be attending/working at your vendor booth.
- Please come prepared for any weather as the event will continue rain or shine. Reservations are non-refundable.
