Yasmin and Ellaine presented their preliminary data on the effects of Astaxanthin supplementation on global thiol oxidation and stimulated antioxidant gene expression at the AZ PS 2021 Annual Meeting held in person at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. They received the top award in the undergraduate category. Ellaine is funded by LSAMP and HURA and Yasmin is funded by RISE and LSAMP. Congratulations to Yasmin and Ellaine!
