Ethan Ostrom received the Young Investigator Award at the Society for Redox Biology and Medicine 2019 annual meeting in Las Vegas for his work “GCLC protein responses to acute exercise and exercise training are age and sex specific in humans”. His work, part of his doctoral dissertation, demonstrates sex differences in cell signaling and protein responses to an exercise intervention. This award includes free registration to next year’s meeting – congratulations to Ethan!
