All pickups and drop-offs of University property must be initiated through a disposal request in WebData 2.0. This system streamlines transactions for both department users and Surplus Property.

To set up your profile, please provide Surplus Property with the following information:

• Department administrator
• First and last name
• Job title
• Email
• Phone number
• Department name
• Inventory speedchart number
