Pre-law student organizations

If you plan on going to law school or another professional track after you earn your bachelor’s degree, joining NAU clubs and organizations provides focused networking, leadership, and experiential opportunities that can boost your résumé and career prospects.

Just as importantly, clubs and organizations connect you to issues and events that you care about, as well as friendships outside the classroom that can last a lifetime.

Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity

Network with law students, educators, attorneys, and judges through the NAU chapter of Phi Alpha Delta. This professional fraternity is dedicated to promoting advice, benefits, and contacts to aspiring law students interested in an educational or professional career in the legal profession.

NAU Mock Trial Club

Find out what court proceedings are really like when you join Mock Trial Club. You’ll learn how to assess a case, develop a trial theme, prepare demonstrative exhibits, make opening statements, question witnesses on direct and cross-examination, present evidence, raise and respond to objections, and make closing arguments. Students have the opportunity to travel to American Mock Trial Association competitions, meet attorneys, judges, and other students. See what our members gained from their mock trial experiences.
