Hat Ranch Rental Options and Rates

Main house at NAU Hat Ranch.Main House

The Main House offers five individual lodging options and meeting space:

  • Ponderosa Room: Two twin beds. No attached bathroom (uses Bath House).
  • Piñon Room: Two twin beds. No attached bathroom (uses Bath House).
  • The Bazy Room: One king bed, private bathroom.
  • Bixler Suite: Two rooms – two full beds and two twin beds, shared private bathroom.
  • Meadow View Suite: Two rooms – two twin beds, one full bed, shared private bathroom and living room.
  • Main House Meeting Space: Includes use of common spaces. No use of kitchen. Maximum occupancy 15 people.
  • Main House Meeting Space and Kitchen: IIncludes use of common spaces and use of kitchen. Maximum occupancy 15 people.

The Straw Bale Meeting House offers lodging, a meeting center and kitchen options:

  • Straw Bale Meeting House – Lodging: Four bedrooms – one full bed and six twin beds; 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living/dining room, sunroom, and covered deck.

The Stone House at the NAU Hat Ranch.

Stone House

The Stone House offers lodging, a kitchen, dining area, living room, Arizona room, and patio:

  • Two bedrooms: Two full beds, two twin beds, two baths.

Bunkhouse at the NAU Hat Ranch.

Bunkhouse

The Bunkhouse offers three bedrooms, one shared private bathroom. It does not have a kitchen.

  • Room 1: Queen bed; Room 2: Two bunk beds; Room 3: One bunk bed

The Duplex offers two bedrooms, each with a private bathrooom.

  • Tent Camping: Has access to the Bath House.
