Helping students navigate their NAU journey
Enrollment and Student Services serves as the public face and voice for Northern Arizona University students, families, staff, and the campus communities. We foster a community that helps demystify NAU across multiple programs and processes, including Program Information, Admissions and Orientation, Office of the Registrar, Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid, and Student and Departmental Accounts. We serve through multiple contact methods including phone, chat, email, in-person, and outreach events. We have teams of Enrollment Management Coordinators (EMCs) located throughout the state of Arizona that serve our Flagstaff, Online, and Community Campus students.
