APMS Professor recognized as an AVS Fellow in recent ceremony

APMS Professor Miguel Jose Yacaman was recently recognized as an AVS Fellow at an awards ceremony held on October 23. The title of AVS Fellow is bestowed upon AVS members who have made significant scientific or technical achievements throughout their career.

AVS is a professional Society that supports networking among academic, industrial, government, and consulting professionals involved in a variety of disciplines – chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics, all engineering disciplines, business, sales, etc. through common interests related to the basic science, technology development, and commercialization of materials, interfaces, and processing.
