- Write Parts I & II of the Self-Study Report
- Conduct Academic Unit Discussions
- Submit syllabi to OCLDAA for Committee Review
Spring 2019
- Write Part III of the Self-Study Report
- Conduct Academic Unit Discussions
- Select External Reviewers
Summer 2019
- Feedback from Dean & Vice Provost
- Revision based on Feedback
- Submission of Self-Study Final Draft
Fall 2019
- Site Visit
- Committee Review
Spring 2020
- Review Recommendations
- Finalize Academic Program Review Action Plan
- Finalize Curriculum & Assessment Action Plan
Three years after Academic Program Review
- A progress report will be requested by the VPAA approximately 3 years after completion of the APR
- The progress report should include a brief summary of progress relative to the action plan
