Constitution Day
On September 17, 1787, the U.S. Constitution was signed by thirty-nine courageous men who changed the course of history. Today, Constitution Day is a time for us to continue their legacy and develop traditions of citizenship in a new generation of Americans.
Here at home, Northern Arizona University invites you to celebrate Constitution Day by exploring how many NAU students engage with community partners to identify issues of concern in the community and effect change. In this process, our students develop both democratic capacities and leadership skills.
