CHHS Student Spotlight Q+A: Morgan Treptow
Throughout the 2026-2027 academic year, the College of Health and Human Services (CHHS) will spotlight students to highlight the diverse academic paths and profile student motivations and interests. Through this series, CHHS aims to showcase the passion and dedication that inspire students to improve the health and well-being of individuals and communities. Leading this year’s spotlight series is Morgan Treptow, a member of the Class of 2027.

What is your hometown?
Chandler, Arizona
What are you studying?
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Why did you choose your major/program?
I had personal experience with physical therapy, and it made me want to help other people the same way my PT did to me. I love helping people move their bodies in a holistic way.
What do you hope to do with your degree after graduation?
I hope to work with pediatrics in a neurological outpatient setting.
What is one goal you hope to accomplish before you graduate (academic, personal, or professional)?
One goal I hope to accomplish before I graduate is to learn two songs on my piano! I started learning piano during spring semester, this January, and hope to complete a Taylor Swift song from start to finish.
What has been your favorite class or professor at NAU, and why?
The entire faculty of the NAU DPT program have been outstanding, and I want to thank all of them for being so supportive and encouraging throughout this program.
What does health mean to you?
Health means your overall wellbeing inside your body. Health comes in many dimensions, and it is important to take care of yourself in all aspects.
