For NAU staff, students, and faculty that are looking for volunteer opportunities in the Flagstaff area, there are local organizations offering opportunities to serve outside of our national service programs.

| Strong Man - Research Assistant | Johns Hopkins Center for Indigenous Health | Chinle | The Hastiin Bidziil (Strong Man) Intervention is a research study to measure the effectiveness of a secondary prevention program aimed at reducing substance use among Native men ages 18-30 years of age.
