Armando Martinez, a current AZTrans undergraduate student researcher, was recently selected to participate in the Transportation Research Board’s Minority Student Fellowship Program during the Annual Meeting in January 2023. Armando is mentored by AZTrans faculty Steven Gehrke and Brendan Russo.

AZTrans operated an exhibit at the 2019 NAU Science and Engineering Day (which was part of the Flagstaff Festival of Science) entitled “Behind the Scenes: How Our Roadways are Designed & Operated” on Saturday, September 21st, 2019.
