AFROTC MISSION
The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps Mission is to “develop leaders of character for tomorrow’s Air Force“.
AFROTC DET 027 MISSION
The AFROTC Detachment 027 Mission is to “provide an innovative and challenging environment, preparing students and cadets to thrive in a complex and fast-paced world“.
Air Force ROTC is designed to recruit, educate, and commission officer candidates as the Air and Space Forces’ future leaders through college campus programs around the country.
WELCOME!
This is the official website of Detachment 027, Air Force ROTC at Northern Arizona University. The Cadet Wing is composed of approximately 100 cadets who are pursuing many different degrees and Air Force careers.
Our program prepares young individuals to become leaders in the Air and Space Forces, but it is also much more. You will grow as a person, both mentally and physically, while developing lifelong friendships. You can acquire strong leadership skills that will benefit you as an Air Force or Space Force officer and in corporate America. It is an opportunity to pay for your education through scholarships and, unlike many college students, you’ll have a position as an officer waiting for you upon graduation at two of the top high-tech organizations in the world — the US Air Force and the US Space Force.
Thank you for visiting this site! You may also visit the official United States Air Force, United States Space Force, and Holm Center websites for more information about the US Air Force, Space Force, and other Officer Training programs.
