To ensure that samples are received by our lab in good condition, please secure the lid tightly on each cell plate using masking or lab tape. Do not use “scotch tape”. Adding a sheet of parafilm between the lid and the tray is also recommended.

If you are sending samples in vials or bottles to be prepared here, please make sure the lids are secure and that no breakage will occur during delivery. It is a good idea to use a container and packaging material that can withstand most bumps and bruises that would be incurred along the way.

Note: We no longer return leftover sample materials.
