It should never be &#8220;Click Here&#8221;, &#8220;Here&#8221;, or the URL itself. In addition, long URLs do not wrap nicely, which makes a printed page hard to read.<\/p>\n<p>Meaningful link text is more accessible to all users, but especially helps disabled users.
