During the workshop, a member of the WCM Support Team will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>review anything that was missed or done incorrectly on your Sandbox site,<\/li>\n<li>answer any questions you have about WordPress,<\/li>\n<li>and tell you how to obtain access to your department\u2019s live site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The open lab is a requirement for gaining access to a WordPress site; however, many editors choose to drop-in to open labs for additional in-person assistance after they have obtained access to their live site.<\/p>\n<h2>Upcoming dates<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">As of 3\/23\/2020, attending the open lab is no longer a requirement to gain access to your live site. We will be conducting Virtual Workshops as an alternative support method. Please submit your questions or concerns through a <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/nau.edu\/servicenow\">ServiceNow Ticket<\/a><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">, as this is still our primary way to handle support requests.
