NAU’s web presence has been separated into two distinct sites – the external, public-facing nau.edu site and the site which will be the internal university community site now known as in.nau.edu (IN). This distinction brings clarity to NAU’s public messaging while structuring web services and information for efficient and effective internal uses and student success.

Who to contact
Your department’s site steward and editors are the primary contacts for requesting updates to your site, no matter where your site lives. However, if you have additional questions that require a web support team, please refer to the information below. All WordPress training and site access requests should be directed to ServiceNow regardless of site.
If your site URL starts with https://nau.edu (ex: nau.edu/coe, nau.edu/admission, nau.edu/reslife, etc.), please contact the Marketing Department.
In order to obtain access to update a nau.edu or in.nau.edu website, users are required to complete the WordPress training. The training is designed to train users on WordPress and adequately prepare them to update and maintain a live website.
