Upward Bound (UB) is a federal TRIO Program providing educational services and college preparatory assistance to high school students who are from disadvantaged backgrounds and/or will be first-generation college graduates.

The preferred method to apply to the Upward Bound program is to submit an online application. However, we understand that some prospective students and families may not have reliable internet access. Prospective students may instead choose to print and submit a paper application using the English or Spanish Versions linked below.

HOW TO SUBMIT A PAPER APPLICATION PACKET
Once all forms in this paper application packet have been completed, applicants should return the packets and all required documents using one of the following methods:

Mission
Upward Bound is designed to increase the retention and graduation rates of high school students who are low-income or first-generation college students (parents have not earned a 4-year college degree). Upward Bound provides services to students to develop academic, social, and life-long learning skills necessary to graduate from high school and college.
